Dani Wong
Co-Founder - Breath Coach & Yoga Teacher
Dani is Hatha Yoga teacher and Functional & Therapeutic Breath Coach born and raised in FNQ.
Having always had an interest in yoga and meditation Dani travelled to India in 2015 to study meditation with the Tibetan Monks in a Himalayan monastery in Northern Himachal Pradesh. Then went on to complete her Yoga Teacher training by Swami Sudhiranand & Yogi siddharth at the banks of the Gaanga in Rishikesh, Uttarakand.
Following India she went on to undertake Vipassana meditation trainings in The United States and Hong Kong. Having practiced all around the world she returned back to Australia to complete her Functional & Therapeutic Breath-work Practitioner course and after recently graduating is more than excited to share practices on home ground in Far North Queensland.
Dani teaches a breath centred Hatha practice that follows the sequence of Asana, Pranyama & Meditation. She also combines a variety of functional & therapeutic breathing techniques to allow her students to train and establish optimal breathing, rest and relaxation.
Dangelo Vieira
Co-Founder & Brazilian Jiujitsu Professor
Dangelo Vieira is a 4th Degree Black Belt from the inner city Favela of Cantagalo. He found his love for Jiujistu at the early age of 10 years old. Training hard everyday he went on to teaching children in the social projects around Rio De Janeiro starting as an eager Blue Belt at only 15 years old.
Achieving his Black Belt in 2004 he has followed his masters and has taught Brazilian Jiujitsu & Luta Livre (No-Gi) for over 20 years through various areas in Brazil, Texas, Hong Kong China, Brisbane Australia & soon to be sharing his art with the community of Yorkeys Knob & Cairns.
With a professional history as an MMA fighter, Wrestling competitor and BJJ championships under his belt. He has a wealth of knowledge in mixed martial arts.
Professor Dangelo is a natural born mentor and has a passion for helping people better themselves through the art of Martial Arts.
